I am a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and an International Coaching Federation ICF Associate Certified Coach ACC with over three years of professional coaching experience. My training spans executive coaching, life coaching, and leadership development, equipping me to work with individuals and teams who are ready to grow in confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Coaching, for me, is about partnership. I believe every person carries God given strengths and unique potential, and my role is to help uncover, refine, and activate these strengths so that they can be lived out fully in every area of life. I especially love coming alongside women of faith who are navigating leadership, career, or personal transitions. Together, we focus on recognising the talents that already exist within them and aligning those with their goals, values, and vision. The result is greater self awareness, intentional choices, and the confidence to move forward with purpose.
With my Gallup certification, I specialise in Clifton Strengths based coaching. This evidence based approach helps clients discover their natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving and then apply them in practical, goal driven ways. Many clients have found this process transformative, as it not only boosts self awareness but also deepens resilience, motivation, and leadership capacity. When combined with my ICF accredited training, this strengths based approach creates a powerful coaching experience, one that blends structure with flexibility, accountability with encouragement, and professional expertise with deep empathy.
Over the past three years, I have worked with clients across a wide spectrum, including executives seeking to lead with authenticity, women balancing faith, family, and career, and teams aiming to build strong, collaborative cultures.
During coaching sessions my focus is on creating a safe and supportive space for you to think deeply and gain your own insight to fuel authentic transformation.
